Using the service
These terms govern access to the SupportSuite platform. Customers are responsible for their accounts, staff access, lawful use of the service, and the content they process through the platform.
Service availability
We work to operate a reliable service, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Paid features, data retention, billing and cancellation are governed by the plan and published policies applicable to the account.
Responsible use
Customers must not use the platform for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized surveillance, spam, malware distribution, or attempts to access systems or information they are not authorized to access.
